Who is INMS?

INMS is a not-for-profit company which allocates short-digit Premium Rate (191-199) numbers and 13/1300/1800 numbers on behalf of the Australian Communications and Media Authority to registered Carriage Service Providers (CSPs). The INMS system also facilitates the portability of 13/1300/1800 telephone services and the movement of Premium Rate (191-199) numbers.

Smartnumbers Auction

INMS has a pool of 13/1300/1800 numbers it can allocate to CSPs. The majority of 13/1300/1800 numbers are now allocated via the Smartnumbers auction which is run by the ACMA. The Smartnumbers hotline is 1300 793 919, or visit their website.
